Star Pastry Chef Shoots a Moon with ‘Supermoon Bakehouse’ Opening Tomorrow on Rivington Street
October 11, 2017 - Supermoon
The fritter cook behind a opposite is Ry Stephen, a co-founder of Mr. Holmes Bakehouse in San Francisco. His business partner in a try is conduct engineer Aron Tzimas. Apparently, a bakehouse takes its name from a supermoon that seemed shortly after Stephen relocated to a city (not to discuss a figure of crosissants).
Much like Mr. Holmes itself, a menu facilities croissants and doughnuts of several shapes and flavors on a menu, pasted in full next (it’s not easy to read). Of sold note is their signature “cruffin” fritter that is radically a croissant baked like a muffin.
Supermoon opens early tomorrow morning during 8am.
