Blue Moon 2018: When is a second Blue Moon of a year?
March 14, 2018 - Supermoon
The subsequent Blue Moon will not occur until Oct 31, 2020, that will be a second super moon in a calendar month.
The subsequent anniversary Blue Moon will be on May 18, 2019 as it will be a third full moon of that season.
“Most Blue Moons demeanour dark grey and white, uncelebrated from any other moon you’ve ever seen,” according to NASA. “Squeezing a second full moon into a calendar month doesn’t change a earthy properties of a moon itself, so a colour stays a same.”
The Mar 31 super moon is famous as a Sap Moon, a Mar 1 was famous as a Worm Moon.
